One Day Workshop, Saturday, 10 a.m. -3 p.m.
Join us for this one-day photo journey to improve your technical skills and enhance your vision, and have fun doing it!
The first part of the day we will cover the basic features of your digital camera and discuss optimum exposure, aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, color balance, achieving great focus, lens choice and much more. With a graphic presentation and actual hands-on practice, you will come away feeling much more familiar with your camera.
Ready to go into the field? For the second half of the workshop, we will photograph the best picturesque areas of Rockport, giving you ample time and instruction to practice your skills. We will continue to discuss topics along the way to further enhance your vision and creativity.
Rockport is a quaint and traditional maritime town with it’s charming coastlines, beaches, lobster boats in harbor, Bearskin Neck shopping district or the Artists Colony, and of course Motif #1, the most painted (and photographed) red fishing shack in America (so the story goes), offering photographers of every skill level a multitude of photographic opportunities.
